Fifteen minutes of proper questions, presenting complaint, history, social factors. We want the full picture, not the abbreviated one.
Hands-on assessment to find the actual cause. Then treat it - osteopathy, dry needling, whatever the body responds to that day.
Exercises, advice, a clear next step. You leave understanding the 'why,' not just walking out the door.
